Daily: Oil scalp before bedtime and sleep with a silk scarf to maintain your hair moisture.
Weekly: Co-wash + Oil repairing or use a hair recipe treatment + Rinse + leave-in conditioner.
Monthly: Co-wash + Deep conditioner or Protein Treatment + Leave-in conditioner + Moisturize.
+ additionally:
Practice low manipulation of your hair by wearing protective style ( box braids, extensions, updo style) for two weeks or so.
