If you plan to sleep with it, wear a shower cap 1st and put on the Heat Cap over the shower cap.
Shampoo your hair as usual.

Easy handwashable and Reuse. The Heat Cap can be used for multiple applications.
Simply wash it by hands with cold water and mild soap inside out after each use or spot clean it and let it dry naturally.
